The new National Nursery Awards came into effect on 1 st January, 2010.. This aims to unify the workforce nationally with conditions of employment and wage rates being identical regardless of the state or territory in which you reside, although NSW has not accepted this invitation at this stage. Those businesses who are sole traders and partnerships, currently complying with NSW State Awards will continue to do so. NGINA Members have access to the NSW Business Chamber for one-on-one advice.
