NGINA Investment Matters
It appears that there is some confusion in regards to the status of the funds that have been invested from the sale of the property so I thought I would take this opportunity to address some of the queries raised.
Once the funds that had been received from the sale which totalled $9.7Million they were then transferred to JB Were in March to be invested based on a set of conservative criteria that was determined by the Investment Committee and ratified by the NGINA Board. It is expected that the Investment in the first year will yield around 4%.
